Tiernothilfe Zweite Chance e.V. is a German charitable animal welfare organization dedicated to rescuing and rehoming Romanian street dogs. Since August 2020, the team has provided care and medical support to approximately 180 dogs at their partner shelter in Romania while finding loving homes for them in Germany. Through adoptions, sponsorships, and foster placements, they offer vulnerable dogs a second chance at life.
