Lokal Dyrlægevagt ApS is a local emergency veterinary service for large animals on Lolland, Falster, South Zealand and Møn.

The service is run to help preserve local emergency veterinary care outside normal working hours. At the moment, local veterinarians from Hestepraksis Lolland Falster ApS help cover the emergency service, together with additional veterinarians during weekends and public holidays.

The purpose is to make sure animal owners can get urgent veterinary help for acutely ill animals outside normal opening hours. The subscription model helps pay veterinarians to be available on call and supports the work of keeping local emergency veterinary care in the area.

Emergency service: Weekdays from 16:00 to 08:00, and weekends and public holidays from the last working day at 16:00 until the next working day at 08:00.

Animal types: Horses and large animals.
