TiNo e.V. is a registered animal welfare organization dedicated to rescuing and rehoming dogs from Portugal, Romania, Ukraine, and Germany. With 15 years of experience, the association has successfully placed over 560 dogs in 2024 and currently cares for approximately 330 dogs awaiting adoption at their Portuguese sanctuary.
