TIERART Wildtierstation, a project of FOUR PAWS, is a wildlife rescue and sanctuary located in southwestern Germany that provides permanent, species-appropriate homes for large cats rescued from inadequate conditions in zoos, circuses, and private captivity. Operating on a former US military site spanning 14 hectares, the facility also cares for numerous native wild animals and offers guided tours to visitors on weekends and holidays. With an emergency hotline available 24/7, TIERART combines animal rescue, rehabilitation, and education to promote wildlife protection.
