EU Animal may suspend or close accounts in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or illegal activity.
5. Advertisement Requirements
All advertisements must:

– include a price or state if the price is negotiable
– comply with applicable laws and regulations
Advertisements involving animals should, where possible, include:

– vaccinations

6. Responsibility to Check Local Laws
When buying, selling, adopting, or transporting animals through EU Animal, it is the responsibility
of the user to ensure that the animal may legally be owned, imported, exported, transported, or kept
in the relevant country.
Animal laws may vary between countries across Europe and the rest of the world, including rules
regarding:
– animal species
– breeds
– microchip registration
– vaccinations
– pet passports
– quarantine
– import and export
– transportation
– breeding
– protected or restricted species
EU Animal cannot guarantee that animals, advertisements, or documents comply with the laws of
every country.
Buyers and sellers are therefore strongly advised to contact relevant authorities, veterinarians, or
veterinary authorities in their own country before completing any transaction.
EU Animal is not responsible for illegal import, export, sale, purchase, or transportation of animals
carried out by users of the platform.
7. Animal Welfare
EU Animal actively supports better animal welfare across Europe.
All users agree to:

– permanently close accounts

Prices and conditions are displayed on the platform.
Digital services are generally non-refundable once delivered.
